The future has never been brighter for today's girls, and the more we invest in and support girls' education and development, the brighter the future is for all of us.
As the largest women's membership organization in the Bay Area, Watermark connects, develops, and advocates for women's advancement in the workplace. Their mission is to increase women's representation in leadership roles by empowering them to make their mark on their companies, careers, and communities. Watermark wants to ensure that there are plenty of well-qualified women to consider when filling jobs and board seats. Therefore, Watermark partners with various girls' leadership programs throughout the year, including The Representation Project, Girl Scouts, Girls Who Code, and Expanding Your Horizons Network.
