Women Making Their Mark in Silicon Valley

12/10/2017

In 1993, female entrepreneurship in Silicon Valley was scarce. Watermark emerged to rectify that, by connecting women to help each other build and scale venture-backed businesses. With over 800 members and 21,000 subscribers, it now represents the Bay Area's largest membership organization dedicated to increasing women in leadership.

Watermark supports its members at every stage of development through networking events, educational forums, and corporate training programs. They host at least 50 events a year, including skillset-building webinars, speaker series, and conferences, which have featured influential women like Condoleezza Rice and Madeleine Albright. Their educational programs address a variety of topics, like negotiation and personal branding, and companies can tailor Watermark's corporate programs to develop their female workforce. Their Career Center also gives members exclusive access to job postings and career coaching.

To support their work, please consider donating your expertise, joining Watermark Leadership Circles, or adding them to your AmazonSmile account.
