Breaking the Cycle of Poverty

As the coronavirus pandemic swiftly halts global economies, the world’s most vulnerable countries, such as Iran, are suffering intense harm. Here in America, the crisis has already left too many children hungry. Every child deserves a chance to thrive in this world regardless of where they are born, with access to basic needs through provisions of food, shelter, and healthcare. As members of the human race, we are obliged to take part in sharing and creating solutions to this tragic story.

Nearly one half of the world's children live in significant poverty; extensively malnourished, with no access to clean water, or a continuous food supply, without hope for a steady education, and with no access to medical supplies to fight common diseases. Moms Against Poverty (MAP) contributes to the fight against poverty through orphan care, hunger relief, building schools, and empowering underprivileged communities around the world.
